A 16 year old boy has today (9 October) been found guilty of the murder of Craig Brown last Christmas Eve.
Nathan Harris, 16, of Campbell House, White City Estate W12, was found guilty today at the Old Bailey following a trial lasting 6 weeks.
Khalid El-Sheikh, 22, of Adie Road, London, W6, was found not guilty of murder, guilty of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Two other people have been found not guilty of murder:
Adil Saed, 21, of Baird House, White City Estate, W12, and A 17 year old boy.
A date for sentencing Harris and El-Sheikh has been set for Monday 12 October.
Police were called to reports of a man shot in Loftus Road, W12 at approx 16:50hrs on Christmas Eve 2008.
London Ambulance Service and air ambulance attended but Craig Brown, aged 20, from Shepherds Bush, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The post-mortem gave the cause of death as gunshot wounds.
Craig had just returned from a Christmas shopping trip with his partner and their five year old son when he was shot. He had parked his car in Loftus Road and was unloading goods from the car when he was shot three times.
